Process

Buying on PC Swaps is an easy and painless process. Once you create an account all you need to do is enter a payment method and you can start purchasing items and making offers. On PC Swaps the buyer always pays for shipping. We calculate the cost of shipping and display it on the item. As long as you have a delivery address in your account it should work properly. If you decide to purchase an item at full price, the seller will be notified and a label will become available. If you make an offer on an item the seller will also receive a notification and they will have 24 hours to make a decision on the offer. You will be notified once a decision has been made.

When the label becomes available to the seller, we allow up to 7 days for an item to be shipped. In most cases items are in transit within 3 days. Once you receive the item you have 3 days to accept the item as advertised. If you do not, you can open a dispute on the item. You may be eligible for a full refund on the item or you can negotiate a partial refund with the seller. Once you have opened a dispute, PC Swaps support team will be there to help resolve the issue. If you choose to receive a refund you should ship the item back. We will cover the cost of return shipping in the form of site credit.
