When you purchase an item on PC swaps, it comes with buyer protection. This means that once you receive the item you have 3 days to accept the item as advertised, or dispute the item because it is not as advertised. When you dispute an item, you will be asked to explain your dispute and if it is legitimate you have a few options:
- Negotiate a partial refund with the seller and we will apply that amount back to your payment method.
- Receive a full refund and ship the item back. When you ship the item back use the return address provided on the original shipping label and save the receipt. PC swaps requires a return tracking number for you to receive a refund. We can also cover the shipping label in the form of site credit to your next purchase.
We allow 7 days for the seller to ship the item before we refund a purchase. After the 7th day it may take a few more days for the refund to show up on your statement.
