PC Swaps recommends shipping your item in the original box and packaging you purchased it in. If you do not have that available you should pack your item with at least 2” of packing material on each side to keep the product from being damaged. If your item is damaged in transit and is not adequately packed, the carrier might not insure it, so be sure your item is secure in the box. PC Swaps is not responsible for any damages in transit. If your item is damaged in transit PC Swaps will help facilitate a return to the seller so that they may contact the carrier.
