PC Swaps allows the seller 7 days to ship the item you purchased. If the item is not shipped within 3 days, PC Swaps notifies the seller and asks for an update on when it will be shipped. In the event no response is given by 7 days PC Swaps will give you a full refund on your purchase as well as the shipping, and we do a further investigation into the seller’s account.
