How I am protected as a seller?

Once the item is delivered, we allow up to 3 days for the buyer to accept or dispute the item. Once those 3 days have expired and the buyer has not marked accepted or disputed the item, we automatically release the funds to you. In the case the buyer decides to dispute the item, we make sure their claim is legitimate. If the buyer claims the item has not been delivered but tracking proves it has been, we will side with the seller.
