What do I do if my item is damaged or not as described?

If your item is not as described in the listing or is damaged upon delivery, you should first mark that you received the item in the buyer-seller chat, and then open a dispute and explain your issue with the product. Once you do this, PC swaps support will receive your dispute and be in contact with you about how to resolve the dispute. We also highly encourage you to try to reach an agreement with the seller. If you come to an agreement, such as a partial refund or returning the item, please notify PC swaps and we will help make it happen.
