Refund and Return Policy

When purchasing an item on PC swaps, it comes with buyer protection. This means that once you receive the item you have 3 days to accept the item as advertised or dispute the item because it is not as advertised. When you dispute an item, explain your dispute to us. If it is legitimate you are eligible to return the item for a full refund. The buyer must cover all shipping charges if an item is returned. We can reimburse the cost of shipping in the form of site credit to a future purchase. If the buyer has not responded to the item within 3 days of delivery the sale is automatically completed and is no longer eligible for a return or refund.

We do not allow returns or refunds on items where the buyer has exhibited “buyer’s remorse” and simply no longer wishes to have the item if item has been shipped or delivered. If the item does not been ship we may be able to cancel the transaction. We will refund your purchase depending on the details of the specific situation.

We allow 7 days for the seller to ship the item before we refund a purchase. After the 7th day it may take a few more days for the refund to show up on your statement.
